basically my meals are like
breakfast: milk + either 2 pieces of wholemeal bread or egg or oatmeal
Lunch: veg + meat
Dinner: veg + meat
then i run like 5km on the weekends or i'll go swim.
(the meat is not the fatty kind)
i only ate out at kfc/macs three times this year -.-
but still cannot lose the weight...
pssh. i can actually count with my fingers the number of times i ate icecream this year. :/
my brother eats like cookies, chocolate, icecream, cake, fried stuff like basically unhealthy junk he likes and is still stick thin, he's like skinner than me -.-

sorry to burst your bubble, but it all boils down to metabolism. i say you're doing a pretty good job of not putting on any more weight. you eat, you exercise, i see nothing wrong in that. it's better to be healthy than to be thin but eating a shitload of rubbish that won't do u any good when you're like, 60.
do some weights training as well

You can try this method... determine your maximum heart rate using this formula (220 - your current age) +/- 10. For example if you are 20 years old then your max heart rate would be 190 - 210.
Then after that, you go running, run at around 60-70% of ya maximum heart rate. DO NOT RUN at maximum heart rate. This is because when you run at 60-70% of ya max heart rate, your body tends to burn more fats for energy usage. If you exceed this range, your body will cross over to using carbohydrate/sugar as a form of energy, and thus your fats remains.
Eating too much food that is high in carbohydrate/sugars will also make you grow fat, because un-utilise carbo will be converted to fats and stored in your body too.
forget also about things like u-zap or what. because there is no such thing as pin-pointing which part of ya body you want to lose fat from. You have to exercise more, exercise by doing some cardio workout, this way, your body will sense the need for energy and will thus utilise some fat released from fat cells in the body. Even though u might be running, fats can be released from all different parts of the body, from face, arms, tummy etc, for usage.
No point spending money to visit slimming centre or take pills. Exercise is the best form of slimming down, and at the same time u can keep fit too.

in addition to cardio (running, swimming etc), you have to do weight training as well. more muscles = less fat
use supplements to help u. but pls note that you have to work as well. supplements are just to complement your workouts.
Do some weights if you want a 2 pac or something. In the morning or lunch time, try eating fruits or yogurt. Something light not too heavy and for dinner you eat a full meal.
uhm i'm 169.5 heh. can round to 170? ;P
in the past few months with all the exams and holidays and stuff i gained alot of weight but now i'm around 47-49kg. (i got 2 scales, one always shows the weight 1 kg lighter so im not quite sure.)
my bmi should be around 16.7 (according to the online calcultor thingum)
uhm not quite sure about the body fat percentge thing...
it kind of goes from 15 to 26% every single calculator thing renders a different result.

Wow you're taller than me. Uh.... just keep fit. The weight doesn't really matter, all that matters is your health. Even if you eat a whole lot of junk, and still stay at that weight, it's no use, cause you may end up with more heart diseases anyway.
You keeping your weight is good, it shows that you're getting fitter even though you're eating, i guess.
Just remember, fit is better than thin.
& here am I trying to gain weight.
erm, that height, that weight, that bmi. u look like u're skinny instead. why u wanna lose fat?
i think the main problem of u is lack of weight training . build up more muscle instead of trying to lose the fats.

TS is female, but still, I think that weight is too light. There's no point eating too little, because it will only result in malnutrition and probably early onset of osteoporosis.
I'm male, and my height is also aroun 170cm. But my weight is at 75kg. Yet I can still manage a silver for IPPT...
