  i got it from a friend who told me he can get it at that price. Thats all i know lol. But things in msia are cheaper la....if ur fren does go msia, jus ask him to check out those nutrition shops in their malls.

  My bmi states i got risk of nutritional deficiency, i needa get fatter, i am 180, 55kg ._.

  Eat more soya, peanuts,eggs, banana, rice and meats. Protein will help to build mass.

  Optimum Nutrition at 140 is cheap leh! That time i saw in GNC it was 200. I got it in msia before at RM200.

  I just found out... msia RM 200 is for 5 lbs leh... I meant 140 for 10 lbs...

  Eat more things that make of flour, like breads(10slices every morning a big bowl of soya milk) slowly inc more slices of breads. Evening time do few sets of push up first until u put on more mass then u start to go gym. coz now u train look fit but when u put on shirt not nice.  While u try to put on weight avoid sex. Maybe This is why u only grow on ur height but not on ur weight.

  eat hard, gym hard.
  
  eat alot of junk food with protein, such as mcspicy, kfc, bigmac, etc etc.
  Not eat junk like sweets and biscuit.
  
  sure can one. i don mind getting paid seeing u eat leh. . . (((((;
