So, is it better to exercise, lets say jogging an hour before you eat your dinner or after u have eaten ur dinner?? Somehow i have problems running an hour before dinner, usually too hungry to run. Haha. But which is better? Help is much appreciated! ^^
Before should be better i believe. Exercising too soon after a meal will affect digestion.
Haha, well, i tried to run before meal.. But maybe being hungry or something, i just ran a lil and feel the lack of energy to carry on already. Issit just me or does anyone else feel the same??
i can't stomach anything even black coffee before my runs or workouts. experiement with different fluids or light meals and see what works for you.

Grab some energy bars etc if you need some quick food for energy or some biscuits so you won't feel too hungry.
