hi guys any simple workouts to do at home so i can get fats out of my body.especially the belly.i only got pair of 5kg dumbells which is light
jog on the spot, while lifting ur weights for 30 mins everyday
after eating dun sit down for 30 mins

ya i have tried eating less and eating less meat it do helps

i did line 2 and 3
and i lost 6 kg in a month
with no exercise
btw, dinner can either skip or eat little, breakfast and lunch 75% full can already, like the want to full that kinda feeling
and no supper
if u eat something, need wait 3 hours before u sleep
and drink more tea to detoxify
the normal ones can liao, the yellow label tea 1, without sugar hor
and also
every morning when u wake up
drink 1-2 glass of water
can detoxify also
and slp early can lose weight also

wow drink more tea can ah...i always drink wu long tea does that help?
when i entered the army i was about 80 then when i left the army i was 69 i tot that will stay if i watch my diet and do simple excrise like not taking the lift and walk often but i didnt really watch my diet and now i am 73 ahhhhhh...wish to get back to the 69kg or less...btw i am 180cm tall
oh ya one more thing to add when i drink water i feel bloted and my stomach will become big and that stay for quite a while maybe more than 1 day its more serious especially when meal times.what is happening
go do 60 situp and push up per day
Maintain a healthy and balance diet and also work out a sweat by exercising at least twice a week.

crap! sometimes (and a lot of times!), i zzz 30 minutes after din!
