Hi, i am a Sec 4 student and i'm overweight. My current weight is 98 kg. I weighed more 10 weeks ago at 108 kg. I lost 10 kg in 10 weeks so far. It's a feat to me and i am still trying my best to hit my target weight of 75 kg by Year End. That is 23 kg to go.
Ok, i want to share some things i did or learnt throughout the 10 weeks i am undergoing my weight loss programme
Dieting
I spend almost everyday outdoors. I always buy mineral water each time i go out as it is the most PRECIOUS liquid that our body needs. I dun usually buy those carbonated sports drinks or diet cokes. I do drink drinks that are high in calcium like Milo, Milk and Soya Bean. I welcome any advice on my current diet.
I tried eating dinner before excercising and found out that i feel nausea while running. So, pls don't eat dinner before excercise.
For food, i usually eat rice, chicken and vegetables.
Weekday
Weekend
Excercise Procedure (2 - 3 times per week)
Procedure A
Procedure B
Any other procedures that you want to reccomend are welcome.
I hope you all can feedback about my weight loss plan so that i could apply them.
Thanks.
dude, whats your height?
Im no food expert, but i'd recommend a no carbo diet, or if u realli must have carbo, take half a serving. I hope your one serving is the standard serving size, nt a serving size u made urself to fill ur stomach.
I was 80kg++ before, and dropped to 58kg and now im at 68kg. My ideal weight is 80 kg, my height is 177cm. The no carbo diet use to work for me.
Gdluck man.
And i heard eating green apple in the morning helps. stock up on them (:
cut out snacks in between meals.
actually you need to look at more than your weight if you're doing weights.
Patience and determination goes a long way...
