I used to be skinny and thin. Currently serving my NS now, I'm serving as a Admin Support Assistance so what I do most everyday is basically sitting down and type type type. Every morning during PT session, I would go to the gym. Here are my regime.
Monday, Wesnesday, Friday
4 X 8 military press
4 X 8 bicel curl
4 X 13 bicel fly
4 X 8 tricel curl
Tuesday, Thursday
4 X 10 chest press
4 X 10 chest fly
4 X 10 inclined chest fly
4 x 10 declined chest fly
After each session I would end off with 3 X 15 leg raise and 3 X 30 declined sit up along with 1.5 scoop of protein shake.
My morning breakfast is usually 2 eggs. I've a big appetite and eat a lot in one meal and occasionally I've eat some prata and oily food. I go sentosa for beach volleyball with my friends on saturdays too.
Although my arms and chest are getting more muscular and defined, I've started to get heavier and developing a tummy even though I exercise regularly. I've been cutting down on oily food by my tummy doesn't seem to be cutting down. Anything I can do to cut down my ugly tummy except taking slimming pills?

Do interval-cum-strength training. Eat and rest well.
