A tad overweight, want to gain more muscles and get slimmer.

Am doing 30 sit ups and 100 (or more) pushups a day.

And the reason why i'm doing quite little is because of they schedule of my day, i'm very busy....
I tink instead of doing sit up or push up. Get yourself to do some jogging around your neighbourhood. Jog perhaps like 2 -3 km daily.
Reduce the weight first. Then train for muscles.

Without going gym, u can run to the nearest exercise corner
Do chin ups
Do parallel bar dips
Do 100m sprints

Crutches. Do it slowly.. Do not rush. And push ups too.. dont rush though, u are not flaunting ur arm muscles.
