Aim: To Lose Fat until 70 ~ 75kg
Time: 12weeks
Mode Tried: Jogging 5km
Day 1, 18 september 2009
Woke up in the morning, have a fish ball noodle for bread fast... and begins Exercise jogging In the nearby park.
In the afternoon, After the rain have stop, jogging again.
At the end of day.
Weight at the machine, same 92kg.
Need Help on Diet food, work out, and effective of fat losing.
Day 2, 19 september 2009
Jogging in the nearby park for 1 hour and do body work like sat up, push up
at the end of the day i weight again still the same. 92kg
Need help
If you drink water too less or too more will this effect the weight losing?

u nv lose water weight meh.
Drinking of water got no effect on weight loss.
Well, basically you just need to cut down on the amount of food you eat.
And exercise more.
Besides, it is not a immediate effect kind of thing. Weigh yourself perhaps end of the week. Might see some changes. :)
Day 3 20 september 2009
Woke in the afternoon after skipping breadfast had a small meal just enough and went to jogging in the park under very hot sun, 2pm very hot.... and run about 3km before return home with a wet of t-shirt and pant.
Can anyone help me how much to eat per day and what should i eat?
do excrise in the day and night what is the diff?
Weight silightly drop by 0.5kg i doubt is the water lost... in the end no weight lose.
Hmm food.
Breakfast - heavy
Lunch - skip if possible
Dinner - minimum.
If possible. jog a few km in the morning and jog a few km in the evening. Might lose weight faster. ;)

mine is something like this la
since i in army camp now ma, stay in 1
everyday 630pm to 8pm play soccer
then 8-9 gym
i tink i lost about 4kg in 2 wks
meal wise, just eat moderate, average amt per meal, and skip dinner
take the stairs instead of the lift
stretch before u exercise, it helps ( i think)
and yesh, eat the right stuff low carbo like less rice, have ample rest
and last but not least, consistency
must not be lazy like 'aiya, tml then do la, tired'

Today, i went for jogging 3km/body work taking the stair on the way home in afternoon... and but i don't know how to play soccer but i will try the gym i also noob when come to gym.
I try to cut down carbo hydrate and drinking alot of water.
i know is hard to lose weight i doing it slowing 4kg in 2weeks seem possible but I'm someone hand are tight need to do work... but will find spare time do exercise
today... i weight still same.
It took me 1.5 years to see a 8kg reduction in my weight.

I just found out that i lose 1 kg. i was very happy final i lose some weight now i need some help about the pain at the stomach area it happened when i just eat a cheese burger at lunch after 30min and went jogging and the pain causing me very uncomfortable. making me no mood to do exercise today.
