Hi guys. I am 18 years old.
2 ECG tests and a tilt table test have indicated an inverted p wave pattern in my heartbeats. I have experienced very slight lightheadedness(not giddy) when tilted at about 75 degrees, nausea when given intravenenous medication to increase HR (HR was around 135-140 when it occurred). Also, i get tired easily whenever i exercise, i.e. occasional minor nausea/SOB upon exertion. - and hence i do not like to exercise often =/
According to my many observations, doctors who have seen my scans are not very familiar with the inverted p wave as (i believe) it's not very common. I've done numerous internet searches but there's no comprehensive evaluation for it..Except that i know it indicates an extra natural pacemaker in my heart. and it's also related with Aughton syndrome which i am pretty positive i do not have.
Anyone who knows about this? Is it a cause for worry? and what are the possible diagnosis?
