I eat alot sometimes 4 meals a day. i eat alot of fattening food like macdonald, western food, nasi lemark etc.
I don't exercise at all. Ever since I ord 2 years ago, I have never exercised even once at all. I also never get call up for IPPT or reservaist.
My job is a normal office job everyday sit in front of computer do paperwork. I don't move around alot when working.
So why is it that I eat so much and yet I do not get fat?
Possible that there are worms in my body who eat up all the food that I take?
i think the fats are accumulating in other parts of your body....

I have been etaing alot at least 2 years liao but I don't see the effect leh
metabolism ma.. anyway, yea.. fat or not, everyone gota watch what they at nowadays... next time old liao your body will start to break down

But I everyday sit in office and never exercise don't have high metablism mah but still don't get fat
aiya u think too much la.. many people also like you.. whole day eat, sit in office, dont excercise... also dont get fat or what...
if u anxious to get fat, go eat more curry or go to weight-gaining agencies

erm I never heard of anybody who eat alot and don't exercise and still remain skinny leh

This is dangerous. When u get 30plus. Unawarely, u may suffer diabetics or high blood pressure. I have friends look slim and healthy but they told me they suffer from high blood pressure and doctor advise them quickly exercise or cut down on their oily diet. If not, sooner or later they will suffer coronous disease.

With the runaway medical cost, good to take precaution all the time.

Keeping fit, for example....it is taking me more rpms to maintain the speed and endurance than before
Bro, you seems like a hard gainer. I understand how it feels to be skinny and no matter what you eat, you'll not grow fat.
First hit the gym 2 times a week, eat 5 meals a day. After which when you start putting on weight, adjust your diet according to your lean body weight.
if you're about 54kg range, aim around 60kg first. After you hit your target, aim 65kg and so on.
if necessary, put in weight gainer at the start for about 3 months.
Bro, you are eating full meals eh? if you happen to take in too much carbohydrates and too little protein, that may be the case.
The fact that you eat more.Your metabolism rate increases.That way u eat alot but give out alot.My friend he eat all thing also super thin.He want to get fats to gain muscles also cannot.

u become obessed 1st then get diabetes
the calories or food you have taken have gone to your muscles. if instead it go to your fats instead of muscles, you will be fat person with no exercises. also it is linked to your metabolism also.
so are you complaining that you can eat and also slim with no exercises?
