As topic.
I have a habit of running fast - very often leaving me breathless and burnt out to complete the distance I have set for myself.
As I am trying to improve my 2.4km timing, what should I do? Run at a fast pace for shorter distances? Or run at a slower pace to complete a longer distance?
Thanks! ![]()
i run at my constant speed throughout my whole 2.4km and i got 11 mins
Actually distance running is all in the mind, provided you have a physical attributes. ![]()
So long as you don't give up, keep up the constant pace, should be able to pass.
When you see 200m before finish line, sprint like mad. ![]()
this tactic worked, I imagined that I was chased by my class's fattest girl.
Seriously $400 was good money 30 mins work, always paid for my yearly running shoes. ![]()
How I wish every month IPPT. ![]()
My current timing is about 11-12 minutes..and the shoes do make a difference.
A pair of $200 shoes allows me to jog at a quicker pace with less effort..so much lighter as compared to the normal ones
I think it has something to do with me blasting music in my ears - especially during the first 2 laps or so. ![]()
