I'm planning to take 1.5 scoop of whey protein everyday. Is it recommended to take it when I just wake up as a morning drink or an hour before I sleep?

Why bother? I used to take it, but any week I do not workout at all, I felt that my arms became too flabby.
As advice from eagle previously, he told me that based on my intensity I shouldn't be taking too much. If you really have to take, I'm guessing 1 scoop after per session would be enough.
consume at least 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight for muscle growth bro.
no need to be from whey. eggs, milk, meat all also can. just hit the figure.
