2] Protein powders consumption
3] Do i consume them before or after training? and do they help at all?

You should be able to find a wide variety of Protein Powder/Bar at those Health shops, and a smaller variety at Pharmacies.

2) 1 gram per pound of bodyweight
3) After training. They help. Take Creatine and Nitric Oxide and Glutamine as well.
