Hi guys ,
I'm 14 this year , male , and roughly 55 kg and 1.6m .
I have a BMI of 21 , is that normal for my age?
oh and I would like to know of any excercises that I can do to reduce the body fat in the lower part of my body as I think I have a problem here, I store most fat in the lower part of my body and the top part of my body looks slim while the lower part looks a little bigger. anyone else have this problem?
