Train like an athlete (like I do) and you won't be accused of being "all show and no go"

3) Protein Powder, Glutamine and Hydroxycut.
4) Diet with boiled vegetables, chicken and brown rice. limit what you eat to steamed and boiled.you will see results in a very short time if you follow all of the above.

Winston, you just need protein and a proper training routine for now.
creatine wins glutamine, nitric oxide, and whatever hands down, save protein powder.
but creatine will cause temporary weight gain due to water retention, that's why you should just follow my 4 steps. and maybe skip creatine since you want to lose weight.
I can attest to the effectiveness of creatine, but then again, beginners can make crazy gains if they train properly so they should save the money for now.

Air Alert? Kindly enlighten me on that please
please google Air Alert 3. go to the first few links, download the entire programme and follow it. it is a jumping programme aimed to help add inches to your vertical leap in 15 weeks. it is very demanding on the body and trains cardiovascular ability and stamina and strength. it also helps burn fat efficiently
Nice heads up on air alert... Interesting...
I normally do some jump squats and sprints for explosive power....
just keep it simple
whey
multivitamin
fish oil
xtend
btw.. do u guys know where to get cheap gym equipments like dumbbells, gym bench etc.?
nutritionpark
thats one of the sites i know..nutrifirst and nutritionpark. looking for more choices
What you plan to buy?
Unless you buy the FULL set of free weights/bar/power rack...if not you're better off in the gym.
Most people who buy equipment such as a bench and maybe 50kg of weights...after a few months, the bench would be gathering dust...
i got dumbbells. maybe barbells and gym bench. of cos i'll use the gym. but sometimes if i come back late from work which is very common.. i hope i can do it at home.
Whether you have 6 pac or 8 pac merely depends on your genes. You cannot train abs and turn your 6 pac into an 8 pac. The shape of abs is purely genetics and thus cannot be an indicator of "ripness". Just look at Ronnie's abs, it's far from perfect. A good indicator is to go for a body fat perecentage measurement using callipers. Veins only show the vascularity of the individual. Compare at Rich Gaspari and Shawn Ray. Rich is more vascular than Ray but I believe both men have the same body fat percentage during competition.
As for the best form of cardio- There isn't. There are a few ways of doing it.
1) After gym session: Interval training- Warm up 5min + Sprint 1 min Jog 2 min x 5 + Cool down 5 min= 20min. This is recommended as you are already warmed up and since your muscles have micro-tears in them plus you are already glycogen depleted, the body will use up your muscle for energy if you do traditional LONG SLOW CARDIO.
2) Non training days: Long slow cardio in the morining- 30 mins. Insulin levels are constant (low) in the morning before meal 1. This will allow you to tap in fat reserves for energy and thus allowing you to burn the fat.
P.S. Have you heard of circuit training? You should do them cause it suits your goal. It's a high intensity cardio-lifting.
Hey Arnold here,
I agree completely with SupSuppy as he said.. "The shape of abs is purely genetics"..
Yes, thats true.. and the thing when try to be fit (6 pac or 8 pac) please kee in mind that its just not physical, its a strain to your mind as well.. So please make up your mind then work out.. it will give you better results.. for sure..
Hope you do and be a Bravo.
