i only eat tis kind of vegetables name kankong belacan sometimes..i still eat fruit,rice n meat etc as per normal..sometimes i fear about body health tat once awhile i buy multi-vitamin sell in departmental store..i 22 weight 47 kg,my body is so thin u think is normal?..anyone didnt eat vege too??i need ur knowledge so pls help

vegetables are more important thanmeat in a diet.regular people need at least 3 servings of vegetables a day, bodybuilders take up to 7 a day. the vitamins and fibre they provide are essential for normal growth. what is your height, if i may ask? because it might be an evidence of how the lack of vegetables might have stunted growth

anyway never eat vegetables means ur body isnt getting enough nutrients..

girls of his age should be 40+kg, not 50+ kg unless they are above 1.7m
i bought a multi vitamin fro pharmacy..u think its ok?..the vitamins say i need to eat 1 tablet a day tat enough already..is tablet same amount of vitamins wits vegetabels?
no, there's no point eating multivitamins if you don't eat the staples. it's like building a house without foundations, the walls will just crumble. trust me, eat vegetables, they do you good. no pain, no gain.

U should introduce vegetables that are nice to consume.
Cabbage,lettuce,carrot,corn,cauliflower and brocolli are such vegetables.
Pls eat veggies and lesser meat.
