Not interested in bodybuilding, just being fit (with the bonus of looking better). Exercise program is about 10 random sessions of the following, weekly:
-1+ hour tennis
-800m swim
-4km run with some static exercises for the core and legs
-pullups, dips, pushups, situps at the exercise corner
-gym work based on lower body, chest or upper back
My questions: How many calories do I need a day for gaining weight gradually? Say over a period of 10 weeks and above.
How many calories does a typical meal of SG cai fan give?
