How do you count the serving of fruits and vegetables?
And personally i kinda hate veges myself, so any veges that taste not so bad, but at the same time nutritious too? or any way to cook it?

I believe carbs are what you get from eating rice, noodles. etc
Just have maybe and apple, banana, or a slice of something at least 5 times a week, but imo, vege is more important. I would say my diet consist to at least 1 portion of vege a day, either at lunch or dinner. As long as you don't eat mac, kfc more than once a week, i would say you're pretty safe.
As for how to make vegetables, i won't say how you cook them, but rather, what they are cooked with. eg. if you don't like vege, dont eat it alone, cook it with a food that you like.
