Hi people. I'm a working adult at around the age of 25. Due to my
working hours, I can only work out in the gym for at most 1hr - 1.5hrs. I
end work at 8pm. The earliest I can reach the nearest gym is around
30-45mins. Most of the time I would work out until the gym instructor
tells me that the gym is closing, which is around 10pm. Hence my work
out schedule is tight and I hope you guys can advise me on whether this
work out regime of mine is good
