Less then 600 calories? Then what did you ate for those 3 weeks? Okay. An hour jog can to de job right?
I was in the UK and they have this fried chicken patty thing u just have to oven and its ready. Its the size of two palm and i usually have half of it when some lettuce for a meal. If u dont wanna go extreme, just avoid carbs. and exercise more. don eat too little when u have a busy job or life.U'll faint! goodluck!
Caffeine can help increase your basal metabolic rate I think. So coffee without any additional calories would help.... a little bit...
Losing 10kg a month is not healthy at all. The healthiest weight loss, if I remember, is about 1kg a week.
Btw, what's your current weight? 50kg cutting to 40kg is entirely different from 80kg cutting to 70kg, or 110kg cutting to 100kg.
Correct. Doctors and nutritionists advise that your weight loss rate should be no more than 1kg per week.
Think about it: 1kg of fat requires 7000 calories for you to burn it all up. So in fact, should you lose 1kg per week, only part of it is going to be fat, unless you happen to be a trained professional marathoner.
Focus more on losing fat than on losing weight. Eat a sensible diet and have a sensible exercise plan to go with it. Small, sustainable goals are easier to achieve than large, massive goals.
And be patient. You didn't gain all that fat all at once, so you shouldn't expect to lose it quickly, either.

keep that up too long and you'll be seeing rebound weight gain with interest.

Okay. Cool. So 1kg is about 7000calories uh? I'm trying to cut from 60 to 50.

And what is your height?
If you're anything more than 1.6m tall, then you really should forget about losing weight.
No. Seriously.
