i can be considered under a skinny category. I do not want to go to gym as i will feel kinda embarrass seeing big guys working out and i felt the only odd one there. Is there some sort of protein shake for me to drink to get me started? any suggestion is welcome thanks

You may want to engage personal fitness instructor. Most of them operate using Hotel's gym. Hotel Gym are less busy and people who go there to work out are "normal" people like you and me without the huge muscles.
