Y agree to be X's stead.
In beginning, X is ok with the fact that Y like dogs very much... But as time pass, X finds that Y like dogs too much till X feels it is abnormal...
The point of view from X
For the past few months, X has been trying the best to shower all the attention on Y. Hopefully, X can get back something in return... But, X's efforts are fruitless. X is getting tired because X feels Y still treat the dog more important than X.
Example :
1) Y always kiss with the dog naturally. But when Y kiss X, X feels the unwilliness in Y
2) Every topic that X raise, Y will slowly change it to dog topic
3) The date is always bounded in dog allowed areas
The point of view from Y
For the past few months, Y can feel the attention from X. Y also understands the desire from X. But it just not something Y can control... Y loves X and at the same time, Y also love the dog. Y feels pressure. Y is getting tired because the more attention given by X to Y, the more Y feel pressure.

u need on hand experience in a multitude of real world scenarios and in your face failures and success to be able to compile a correct data. Guess cant get people to imagine themself to be the roles in the story except when they r really them...
Cannot be simple anymore liao lah...
if it is anymore simple, u dont have the information to be the roles in the story liao...
Anyway, the story is got from a TVB series and the answer to the story tat the series gives is a very creative... The purpose of this simulation is to think of answers to problem without breaking out... -
