Anyone in fittness club?

In order to forget her totally... i want to find something to do... Like what i plan to join california fittness.. but expensive...
Anyone got experience? i heard they have free lesson like boxing, kickboxing, dancing R n B weekly.. -
No...but they really offered good package...However so of this club are a liitle costly..

ya... they say they want to give u free lesson ... then after the free lesson, they will psycho u to sign up for their dont noe how many years membership lor... (force selling)
Dont really like their attitude... probably, u can try on other fitness gym... -
Yeah.. i am in Singles club ^^ -
Join me jogging at punggol park. I usually jog to there from home, then jog 2-3 rounds, then jog back home...

I prefer gym with music and proper equipment to work out...

im from Planet fitness...not bad..nice place..nice equipment..frequent classes also..

jogging/running
muscle strength/coordination
able to do bodyweight exercise very well (chin ups, push ups, etc etc...) -

I only have one reason to go to the gym...
tat is to do chest exercise...
The rest can be solved by running and carry dumb bell...
But, I dont need chest muscle to do undergraft chin up...
So, dont care lah.... -
the only reason i will go gym is to pass my yearly ippt. no money nvm, dun fail n no rt can le.
