Shut out ALL distractions. Listen to music to give you the beat also can. Then FORCE yourself, concentrate on your work. Once the momentum is there, its easier. Also dont break the momentum

To me.. i would open some music... make it more enjoyable to study and enjoy at the same time. Music can get my attention...

I just wait till last minute so the pressure will automatically force me to study.
Sometime I go watch movie in morning, then go study abit before going to exam in the afternoon. -
