Will be organising small cycling outing @ ubin on the 1st of September
Target : More than a person join can liao ><
Plan :

14:30pm : Meet at Tampines MRT Control Station
15:00pm : Move out to ubin town
16:00pm : Start cycling.. ( Destination to mamam beach as below )
19:30pm : Reach ubin town
After 20:00pm : Changi Village Nasi Lemak (BEST) and some night activities
Around 22:45pm : Reach Tampines MRT Control Station

Cycling ($6 whole day) + Boat fee (think $2 per ride)x2 + Food drinks = less than $20
"
What to bring :
1) An extra T-shirt if u sweat alot
2) A small water bottle will be nice
3) Pls wear proper footwear (shoes)
4) Passport is optional
- If it rains on that day, no problem... We will think of something... Humans are born to adapt with situations...
- Late comers with no notice will not be tolerated

Some advice from me:
- Someone in the team must bring First Aid Kit
- Be well hydrated before setting off
- Bring Handphone for communication (in case emergency)
- Safety gears (unless you want to be the next zhou chongqing) -
the last time i went ubin i had my big toe nail ripped off

well, i stay in ubin for days before...

One place i suggest to you all, go the highest place in ubin... ask around where, people should know de...
But, bicycle dunno where can park leh...
there the senario damn nice...
i remember the idiot who bring me there told me going there is like a game...
first stage, senario quite nice...
second stage, even nicer...
last stage, wow!
wait wait... still got bonus stage, damn nice...
there got 4 different story... highest is the nicest...
but, if fall down... ehem... sayonara... ^^
well, i run down from above though... haha -

Ubin is under Singapore Territory... Not to advertise Singapore but seriously, anywhere tat is marked under Singapore is safe lah...
Cycling in Ubin is safe and easy... not as difficult as u people think ... As long as u noe how to cycle, u can go liao ... The road is a bit slopey in Ubin and occassionally have some vehicles passing-by... But that is not a problem lor... Just slow down and be careful... U do not really need to be a professional cyclist to cycle in ubin... As long as u noe how to balance with 2 wheels, can liao...
PLS ... Those who cycle in Ubin b4... pls share yr experience...
I will be preparing lots of water...And btw, there will be stores selling water on the way... So, do not need to worry... I m medical train first aider... But I wont be bringing a first aid kit lah... Touch wood if really need first aid kit... I will just call Ubin police post for help ...
Anyway, the only concern tat is we need to get back to ubin town b4 it gets dark... it will be dangerous cycling in the dark... Tat's all I can think off...
And hor... the person who got his big nail ripped off is because u wear improper footwear ,is it ??? -
