Always when I want to take a short nap

  at around 1130pm, I woke up finding it's 6am
  
  Many times liao. Want short nap, then wake up continue work. In the end is wake up eat breakfast

  I cannot sleep too early.. that's why always late for work.. luckily, my boss never reprimand me... as he always end up late than me...

  dun take a nap on ur bed.
  try taking a nap somewhere uncomfortable somewhere u not used to then u will wake up.
  if not.
  u will sleep like a pig till dunno wad time.
