There are ways to control loneliness...
Physically. ( Easiest way )
Hang out with friends more... Find real friends that care or find buddies...
Mentally. ( Hardest way )
Simply don't let it interfere your life. Not even a single bit.
But, this is a lot more harder then you think. Go for physical method. -

I'd rather be alone doing my own stuff, watching my own movie then to be with a group i totally can't relate to and end up feeling lonelier than alone...

almost all the time i was quite alone u can said i been transparent in the crowd... every time in the crowd i hope i can pinpoint a lady who i can really like "spotted a target" -
