  Single = never married lor......
  
  If you have married and divorced = Divorcee*
  
  * Under the law, once you are married, you don't return to 'singlehood' even sfter a divorce. But if the marriage is annulled(as opposed to a divorce), your status will return to that of 'single' after the annulment.
