Morning means day-break, the break here refers to when the sun breaks out in the sky. I am trying to starve myself to lose weight, so please pardon me if I am hard on you. A hungry man is an angry man.

2. support thread for people trying to starve themselves
3. proper ways to starve yourself
4. starvation is so passe and diet fads
5. health benefits / health consequences of starvation -

OK but central still no sun... and for your info hor, many years ago, the time now used to be still 5+ and not 6+ but because Malaysia wanted to coordinate the time better with their Eastern States (Sabah/Sarawak) we are now 1 hour earlier.
IMO we should move two hours up so that we all wake up only when the sun is shinning on our backsides and it is only 6am! -
