plant life on the mountain, as flora from all over the Park has been replanted here. Many of
these plants have medicinal value too as proven by the local Dusun community. Then,
rejuvenate your body and mind at the Poring Hot Springs, a natural health spa where you
can relax in open-air Japanese-style baths amidst a tropical rainforest setting. Take a 20
minutes hike to reach the Canopy Walkway at 200 feet above ground.
3) Full Day Kota Belud + Kudat Tips of Borneo ( Lunch )
Take a 2 hours drive to explore one of the most interesting 'Tamu' in Sabah, set in Kota
Belud, home to the 'Cowboys of the East'. The busy market is a colourful melting pot of
hawkers, vendors, farmers, fishermen and cattle breeders alike. You may even glimpse
'Bajau' horsemen in their splendid finery, refining their traditional sword making art. Next,
visit the longhouse at Bavanggavo village, where the Rungus native reside. Explore the
village and learn the way of life of Rungus which are mostly farmers and gifted artisans who
excel in woven basketry and intricate beadwork. Continue our tour to Kudat Town for a brief
around Kudat area and lunch at Kudat Marina Resort. After lunch, drive to the 'Tip of Borneo'
to witness the glorious sunset (if weather permits). Thereafter, make a short visit to
Gombizou and Sumangkap villages to observe honey bee farming and gong-making before
we drive back to your hotel.

Medan
1)Berastagi - popular mountain resort for weekend getaways, for Medan locals. About 1.5 hours drive from Medan.
2)Bukit Lawan - A 3 hour journey from Medan, the latter half of the journey being a rather bumpy and pot-holed ride. Beautiful little village on the edge of the Leuser National Park and home to an Orang-utan rehabilitation center where you may get up close and personal with some of the inmates. Jungle treks can be arranged or you can just relax by the river. The village was devastated by a flood in 2003, making it a little less pretty than it once was. But please don't be put off! It's still a wonderful place to visit and the residents are still trying to pick up the pieces of thier lives since their disaster and rely on tourism to do just that.
3)Lake Toba - one of biggest fresh water lake in the world. Formed by volcanic eruption. Has a large island, Samosir, in the middle.

We can do Swimming, Sun Bathing, Kayaking, etc at there also. To go there, we can choose by: Rental Car, Private Car. Or take Mini Bus (sudako) at Jl. MT. Haryono (in front of Medan Mall) and stop at Perbaungan city. Then take Machine Trishaw to the beach. -
