Yeah, thanks. However exercise can be boring (to me, yes very boring..). eating habits are more important.. anyway, im finding opportunities in daily life events to exercise.. like chasing near runaway bus, sprinting under the rain, dashing across blinking green traffic lights, walking 1 KM from MRT to office (i sweat like a pig everytime when i reach office lobby, and had to use toilet rolls to wrap ard my body to dry sweat in the toilet)

I don't understand the fixation on fast food. They all taste the same.
Which is why the only fastfood I enjoy is Mc Donald's Big breakfast, hot wings, the now defunct Mc Towkay burger and KFC's banditto. Might do with fillet o fish once every 2 months but that's about it.
The only acceptable fast food I don't mind eating every single day is Mos Burger's tsukune rice burger.
