Hmm... I was reading an article quite awhile back on survey of almost the same qns as urs, lol. The result was like they wan girls to act differently at different times for eg: submissive when with friends (male ego), horny when in bed, etc. can't realli remember what are the other conditions, lol.

Should carry herself well; positive personality
Witty
Intelligent and conversational
Loyal, trustful and supportive
In addition, my personal add-ons would be :
Boldness, as in not afraid to stand up for their and principles
Non-judgmental and open-minded
World-wise, with an eagerness to explore everything
