  as in the deal gets called off or at least take me outta the deal team!

  we won't lose much la...i mean this deal's client is a pain in the a** and everyone in the team (from our CFO to our lawyers to even their own lawyers to the PwC etc) "hates" him.

  and the deal has been in the works since early last year...in that time, i've completed 2 other deals (similar structure/transaction). client also super nice. we probably make more $ than the former.
