Are Singapore women pretty liberated, and I mean this in a respectful way. I am in Britain at the moment and find that the women here would rather take on the role of being a man (the majority of them) If I decide to marry, it will more than likely be an Asian woman, as they still show a lot of self respect:-)

Think basically dating needs money, so if you have deep pockets then maybe can continue, but the 5Cs thing will only pop up, after the relation is stable and close to marriage, but how many and how expensive is her Cs is will be anyone's guess.
Society pressure is great on both men and women, sometimes when your social circle people are the more "able-to-do" ones, the pressure to match up is great.
Just my two cents worth.

Go get a PRC girl. She won't bother you after she empty your wallet and bank.
It will be a big problem with a Singapore girl if you wallet and bank is empty. Because she expect you to go and fill them up again. Otherwise its divorce and she'll take half of what's left.

I think forget about getting lucky and finding a good singaporean girl. Even if it is an over generalisation, better to be safe than to be BANKRUPT. I know of two men who worked hard to support their family and ended up nearly bankrupt when their wife file for divorce.
