  if you want to be a owner, try to be the kennel helper and help in cleaning the cage =)..

  They have many kind of volunteering work, if you cant help in the allocated time you can try  donating money. There have this member thing. But if your helping in the volunteering work, I would tell you not to donate, most people can't get rid of the mindset of donating and helping.
