  Seems like a very gd deal for a corner terrace at that price. If only I qualify buying under 500K. Where is the location bro?

  For a corner house like that is consider cheap. And if you are a Malaysian maybe you can get a better deal....go for it. Not easy to find a corner house for that kind of price in JB nowadays unless you are willing to pay a high premium house for it.
