Trip to KL and Genting

  Hey guys i need some advice on where to go and which place to shop, play and eat etc in KL and Genting.. i totally have no idea of that place at all so i desperately need some help as i am going there in 2 weeks time, thanks alot..

  KL can go to the chinatown there

  genting is the easiest la

  there only got one or 2 shopping centre.

  received letter from genting for 1 nite free stay at highland hotel

  also got free buffet dinner for 2 at resort hotel

  Goh Tong Jaya row of shoplots - Zi Char restaurant in the middle. I guess more food choices in KL - Jalan Alor and Petaling Street.

  Er same way you go to Genting? How are you planning to get to Genting? Drive? Coach? Cable car? Either way, it starts from KL.

  Only prob with casino is that it's really really smoky. Guarantee that you'll need a change of clothes and a shower after that. Unfortunately the Genting casino is really at the lower end of casinos. The ones at Monte Carlo...haiz

  KLCC.   KL is a great place to shop for shoes, clothing and makan.

  Can get Tangs Studio shoes 50% less than what you pay for in Singapore.

  Eh I thought Tangs is in Pavillion? Not KLCC? Anyway can prowl KLCC and Pavillion since they're pretty close by. And across the road is Sg Wang. Just avoid Times Sq - that's super lousy.

  when i went, tangs studio is at KLCC.   probably moved to pavillion already or they hv another one in pavillion.   Is pavillion better shopping than KLCC?

  Tangs in Pavillion. Both have almost similar concept stores eg high fashion aka exp ones, high street fashion names. Pavillion bigger.

  understand there is a shuttle bus from genting to KL

  but always can't find that bus

  any idea where to take the bus

  Bus from Genting, take at the lower Cable Car station. Take the ones that go to either KL Sentral or Gombak.

  From KL, the counter is in KL Sentral Intercity level, Gombak is at the bus interchange below the LRT.
