In life, we will encounter many thorny issues. If our mind don't "move" too much, we will probably be hurt less.

In ‪Buddhism‬, everything is about making things simple, so that they can be applied in our everyday life.

Precepts allow our mind to be free from disturbance. Equanimity allows us to be calm under adversity. Wisdom allows us to take control of the mind and change our destiny.

Eveything is impermanent; Sun and Moon will rise and set; there is nothing in samsara which is not subject to impermanence.

From love gives rise to pain and fear. Detach from love, there will be no pain and no fear.

Being optimistic is one of the cause for success and being pessimistic is one of the cause for failure.

In Buddhism, dana does not necessarily involves monetary, by giving others convenience, confidence, happiness and encouragements are also dana.

Every action we perform leaves an imprint on our very subtle mind, and each imprint eventually gives rise to its own effect.
