A tree of arm-span size grows from a tiny seed which is no other than a cause. Understand that it takes time for a seed to grow into a big tree, we should spend our time wisely.

A person of a joyful mind views plain clothing as wonderful outfits. A person of a wanting mind shows a bitter face even when wearing luxury jewellery and clothing.

One needs not to lose one's will because of a small defeat. Buddha said "follow me and you won't be poor; leave me and you won't be rich". If one can be as faithful and brave as Buddha's disciples to welcome and take up one's karma, then the karma will gradually disappear over time.
