  According to buddha, "human language is imperfect.  No human being can express his or her ideas perfectly.  In addition our understanding is not perfect.   Nobody perfectly understands what the other person says."  This is why human being always has miscommuncation problem.  So dont take word by word from others so seriously because thre is always a chance of miscommunication or misunderstanding.   By understanding what buddha try to tell us, I find that it makes easier to live everyday life and not to be so bothered by words that we hear.  Also, lower our Ego mind and we will find ourselves to be much happier everyday
