Impermanence is not just
about the end of all things,
but their renewal too.
Every moment is treasured, yet not clung to.

Since all things change,
whether we like it or not,
including our ‘selves’,
why not change for the better?

When we know the truth, we
become people who don’t have to
think much, we become people
with wisdom. If we don’t know, we
have more thinking than wisdom or
no wisdom at all. A lot of thinking
without wisdom is extreme suffering.

◎智者事,能转其境;愚者事,被境所转。
(When face with difficulties, the wise will let his mind dictates the circumstances while the fools will let the circumstances dictate his mind).
◎智者处事,缘自在;愚者处事,攀缘罣礙。
(When dealing with situations, the wise feel at ease under all circumstances while the fools feel restricted).

Observing and have deep thoughts of your sufferings is wisdom as it will motivate you to practice hard towards relieving yourself from rebirth in samsara.
Observing and have deep thoughts of others' sufferings is compassion.
