Besides life and death, other matters in your life are all small matters. There's nothing (materials) in your life which were brought by you to this world, likewise you are unable to bring anything (materials) in your life when you leave this world.

If you have no satisfactory teacher, then take this sure Dhamma and practise it. For the Dhamma is sure, and when rightly undertaken it will be to your welfare and happiness for a long time.

Accumulate merits is better than accumulate wealth.
