After work, let go of your work and relax.

Everyday is an auspicious and good day if you are kind hearted.

Rebirth is a matter of the present moment, not at the moment of death.

If parents are no longer around, "chao du" or dedicate merits to them are also filial piety.

Regardless of good time or bad time, recite "Nanmo Amituofo". Unwavering advancement despite life's twists and turns. Putting aside all love and hatred. By doing so, one will be at peace at deathbed and able to recite "Nanmo Amituofo" whole heartedly and single-mindedly.

When someone insults us, we usually dwell on it, asking ourselves, ‘Why did he say that to me?’ and on and on. It’s as if someone shoots an arrow at us, but it falls short. Focusing on the problem is like picking up the arrow and repeatedly stabbing ourselves with it, saying, ‘He hurt me so much. I can’t believe he did that.’ Instead, we can use the method of contemplation to think things through differently, to change our habit of reacting with anger. Imagine that someone insults you. Say to yourself, ‘This person makes me angry. But what is this anger?’ It is one of the poisons of the mind that creates negative karma, leading to intense suffering. Meeting anger with anger is like following a lunatic who jumps off a cliff. Do I have to go likewise? While it’s crazy for him to act the way he does, it’s even crazier for me to do the same.
~ Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche
Life can never be always smooth sailing. Give hardship a little bit of time, waiting for hardship to pass is wisdom.

To the righteous persons
Even the slight devious seen big like a cloud..

Dear ones..
Look at your eyes..
Those are subject to get weak, decay and vanish..
Look at all the pictures(Materials) seen by eyes..
Those are also subject to get decay and vanish..
Apply this truth of impermanence to all your sensory organs..
There is nothing we can count, as “ME” or “MINE”…!

Few monks saw a group of prisoners, were escorted tied by iron chains and felt very upset and sorry.
They told this to the Lord Buddha and explained how they were suffering..
Hearing that Lord Buddha explained..
Dear monks..
Tied all the limbs by iron chains, is not that dangerous bond..
The tie and bond one has with his Wealth, Money, Children and love ones,
Is the most dangerous tie one is having..
Because of that, he keeps cycling this Samsara (cycle of reincarnation).
Born n suffering in hells, more than thousands of years most of the times…

Who is not aggressive…
Who is not getting angry frequently..
Who avoids quarrels..
Who willing to live with harmony ..
Most probably born in heaven after the death..
If somehow born as human again..
Will have a pleasant body..!
Who never uses weapons against others..
Who never kills or contributes it..
Who lives compassionately all living beings..
Will be born in the world of heavens or Brahmas..
If somehow he born as human again..
Will have a long & healthy life..!

Can't change the situation, change yourself!

You don't have to argue with karma because karma never makes mistakes.
You don't have to argue with fate because fate is the best and fair judge.

Karma is our Mama,
for we are born
from our karma. -Stonepeace
