Please help others if you can. If you can't, at least don't do anything that will hurt them.

Heaven and hell are also impermanent.

Everything experienced by the SENSES is sorrow..
But why..?
Because one in sorrow crave to be happy, and the so called happy crave to be happier still. So insatiate is worldly happiness..
(Ones state of happiness is considered as sorrow by another, that is the nature of relative happiness comes through sensory organs)

The wise are controlled in
bodily action, controlled in
speech and controlled in thought.
They are truly well-controlled.
~ The Buddha ~

Those who are well-off stay way above and their life cannot be paralleled. Likewise, those who are in suffering exist everywhere and cannot be compared.

A thought of hatred leads to committing sins and many obstacles. So, be cautious of your thoughts.

"I would not look upon anger as something foreign to me that I have to fight...I have to deal with my anger with care, with love, with tenderness, with nonviolence."

"Wealth and honor, when attained ethically, are like flowers in the mountains, flourishing and luxuriating naturally; when attained artificially, they are like flowers in beds, having a time to flourish and a time to decay; when attained forcibly, they are like cut flowers in vases, rootless and certain to wither."

"Within you there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat anytime, and be yourself."
~ Herman Hesse

Don't go through life, grow through life.

“Visakha, would you like to have as many sons, daughters grandsons and granddaughters as there are children in this town?” asked the Buddha.
“Yes, Sir, I would indeed!”
“But how many children die daily in this town?” The Buddha questioned “Several, Sir. The town is never free from children dying, Sir,” Visakha replied.
“Then, Visakha, in such a case, would you cry for all of them? Visakha, those who have a hundred things beloved, they have a hundred sorrows. He who has nothing beloved, has no sorrow.
Such persons are free from sorrow.” The Buddha mercifully enlightened Visakha over the death of human beings.
