People constantly change their minds within a moment. Not only are women prone to the capricious, men are deeply immersed in the sea of mind-changing as well. As the mind is hard to predict and control, many people are often troubled by what their minds try to grasp. Buddha's teaching on mind focuses on an analysis of the caprice of the mind and the Buddhist ways of training the mind so as to improve the quality of one's life.

Don't burden yourself with too many things in life. Let go.

Spend our time wisely, use it on cultivating blessings and wisdom. Don't spend time on defilements.
