佛教是信仰更是实际的。
Buddhism is more practical than faith.

Nobody able to do evil in secret..
“I know what you do and what you show to others”
His mind addresses him..
(Our 8th consciousness, alaya, stores all the good and the bad deeds that we have done even if no one knows them. When the conditions are right, karma will be at work.)

Anywhere there are eyes, ears, skin, nose, tongue and a mind, there are sufferings..

The Buddha is like a skilled physician in that he is able to heal the sickness of the defilements. The Dhamma is like rightly applied medicines, and the Sangha, with their defilements cured, are like people restored to health by that medicine.
[ Paramatthajotika 21]

Beyond memory, beyond feelings I forget all about experiences, the good ones and the bad. It’s OK to forget them, they just go up and down.

Be mindful of what consist of our body..
Hair, skin, nails, teeth, flesh, blood vessels, skeleton, marrow, kidneys, heart, gall, gall bladder, lungs, intestines, stomach, faces, urine, brain, mucus, pus, blood, sweat, fat, tears, oils, saliva.
All those are smelly and subject to decay, and body is same as them, it can be mine or others, there is nothing to cling..
(Part of Vidharshana meditation)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meditation of sensory organs (Ayathana – Meditation).
Consider your eyes and mindful of the reality of them like,
Eyes are result of a cause and effect,
Subject to decay and get sick, as a result of impermanence,
Eyes are not me or my soul, and those are not mine, as I cannot have control of their existence,
All the pictures seen by eyes are result of a cause and effect,
Subject to decay and get sick, as a result of impermanence,
Pictures are not me or my soul, and those are not mine, as I cannot have control of their existence,
The mind exists in the eyes is result of a cause and effect,
Subject to decay and get sick, as a result of impermanence,
Mind in the eyes is not me or my soul, and those are not mine, as I cannot have control of its existence,
The senses appear with the connection of eyes, mind and pictures, are result of a cause and effect,
Subject to vanish, as a result of impermanence,
Senses are not me or my soul, and those are not mine, as I cannot have control of their existence,
The identifications appear with the connection of eyes, mind and pictures, are result of a cause and effect,
Subject to vanish, as a result of impermanence,
Identifications are not me or my soul, and those are not mine, as I cannot have control of their existence,
The thoughts appear with the connection of eyes, mind and pictures, are result of a cause and effect,
Subject to vanish, as a result of impermanence,
Thoughts are not me or my soul, and those are not mine, as I cannot have control of their existence,
Apply this to all other sensory organs and be mindful of their reality
(part of Vidharshana Meditation)

When we let go of our battles and open our heart to things as they are, then we come to rest in the present moment. This is the beginning and the end of spiritual practice. Only in this moment can we discover that which is timeless. Only here can we find the love that we seek. Love in the past is simply memory, and love in the future is fantasy. Only in the reality of the present can we love, can we awaken, can we find peace and understanding and connection with ourselves and the world.

108 Adages of Wisdom by Master Sheng Yen, Part IV
Being anxious and worrisome is useless. Being mindful
and focused is a must.

Take a moment to sit and reflect on your life. Let go of the things that are troubling you that you cannot change and change the things that you can. You are in control. Smile. Breathe. Let go. Repeat.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We spend much of our time worrying about things we cannot change, complaining about the things we can, and living in a state of negativity for no good reason other than we do not understand that our lives can be completely different if we learn to let go of the things beyond our control, change the things we can, and smile as often as possible.
If mind is correct, everything is correct.

All things arise, exist and expire. Nothing is permanent, things come in and go out. The thing that is liked or disliked just appears, exists and expires. Detachment is a way to relax.
