Is it only me that feel that Heinze has not been playing that well defensively ?? he has been slipping alot recently (although the pitch was greasy yday) ... and he has been caught out of position too.. on more than a few occasion...
Overall a good attacking display by United ... they dun seem like a team struggling for goals...
Carroll has been brillant since taking over from Howard.. Rio has been steadying the ship... Ruud ,at last, is scoring goals from open play..
But there is still some way to go... Giggs has been v poor this season.. listless .. playing with no desire... Keane has been a shadow of himself... his lack of fitness has made him into a "fouling" machine ... giving away needless freekicks... and Ronaldo has to learn to be more unselfish... pass the god-da*n ball when someone is open !!
Currently , the favs for the CL have to be Barca , Juve n Chelski... Barca has been very entertaining... Juve has the team unity.. Chelski's defence has been top notch... -
I beg to differ. Ronaldo's performance tonight is good. He release the ball well. He cross the ball early. And I thought he can Rooney combine really well.
Yeah, Heinze is not playing as well as he should. Maybe he should just focus on defending rather than attacking too much. Yah he slip. Everyone slip, Ferdinand too. It's the pitch condition. But Heinze passing need to be improved. Sometimes he just anyhow pass the ball. But for a player of his height, his aerial ability is good.
Rooney is still young. Don't expect too much magic from him currently. He can play well for one game and didn't play well on the next match. Expect inconsistency for a young player. Ronaldo too can be inconsistent sometimes.
Carroll is superb. But everytime a backpass is played to him and he is under pressure, my heart skip a beat sometimes. Scary sia. Got one time his kicking is damn low and he is lucky he come to his team mate.
Giggs is off-form. I think Ferguson should rest him, like how he did to him a few season ago.
Scholes and Keane are off-form too. Maybe because both ofthem just come back from injury. I expect them to hit the required level after Christmas.

Man U played against a poor side last night.
4-1 was a flattering score.
The first goal was a mistake by the Prague defence.The second was an illegal dive by Scholes to earn the penalty.The 4th goal,RVN was obviously offside when he scored.
Prague's goal was the best on the night.Good passing and movement and a clinical finish.
Nevertheless,Man U will be happy they got a positive result.Not convincing though.Had they came up against better opposition,they would have seriously struggled.
Btw,taking a look at the Grp,Man U are really struggling.In a grp with Lyon,Fernebache and Prague,they shd have qualified by now! -

for e.g. the match vs portsmouth.. he hogged on the ball for way too long... always going for a shot.. rather than a cross... i tot he has learned his lesson last season.. as he was simply sensational during the end of last season... but looks like this season , he is trying to hard to score a goal...
but there is no doubting Ronaldo's talent n potential... but i think he has to handle himself better.. there is no use.. trash talking to ur opponent... jus strut ur stuff.. n bambozzle them.. that would do fine !
Rooney has been playing well.. for someone of his age... but i still feel that alot of players are still underperforming... but man u to get back on track.. they REALLY need the whole team to perform well.. cause it sure as hell .. is going to take a big team effort to catch up with the Londoners now ! -
