I usually swim at Buona Vista , queenstown complex. I have been brushing up on my freestyle for 2 months. Frankly speaking, i can glide well with the least strokes, WITH a float bet my legs. Now my worry is that , when i remove the float , my legs will be dragging the floor. I had come across a print out , sayin tat runner's legs tend to sink more. I am a keen runner too. So to play safe, I train my inner thigh with legs extension ex. Is it uselful ???
Thanks & Regards,

Basically, ur stroke isn't correct, do not kick with knee bends. I had been a runner before and also ex-national youth team waterpolo player, there's no such things as a runner's leg will sink more if u swim.Originally posted by Adventureextreme:Now my worry is that , when i remove the float , my legs will be dragging the floor.
