ME!!! damn it..happened last semester...hurt like hell i know..been though

it was caused by not running after so long..sec1 in cross country..sec2 quit..very seldom run in sec3 to sec 5..then go poly suddenly run alot cuz joined track as sprinter..
my coach told me to run and fight thourgh the pain..my captain told me to run on the grass..i did it for like 2 weeks..pain suddenly gone..

my unprofessional advice..fight the pain head on and strech, strech and more strech.

(thats wht i did and dont follow it..cuz im no doctor)
