Speaking of women in sports, did you watch the last Olympics women's 10,000 m finals? When they crossed the 2.4 km mark, the time was only about 6+ minutes. Wahhh....they could outrun all our army boys, including our whole commando battalion. I couldn't smell their farts if I wanted to.

It alls depends on the activity you do,as i said before,NSmen does not just concentrate on aerobic endurance~~~

Speaking MA,take for example a mix martial artist(MMAist) and say,a boxer. A MMAist trains on:long-dist strike(kicks),mid-dist strike(punches) and close-dist strike(knees and elbows),grappling and groundwork,while boxers solely on punching~~~
Most of the time,a MMAist couldnt out-punch a boxer,but does that mean MMAist couldnt fight as well as boxers in MMA match? No,because they have other arsenals to train,get my point?

I remember my boss talks to me about martial art and kind of similiar sports. He said: u might be light weight, running around like monkey and a black belt in martial art. But i outweigh you by so much. U might have the reflex to punch me 10 times and escape all my punches, if u get one of my punch thorugh...for sure you aint going to wake up from it. Get the logic.

each sports has its merit.Most folks will think that they are very fit because they spent maybe 7 days a week practising it. But they aren't even top 10-20% of the top notch in their sports and yet claim that they are very fit.
